Online Items

Isoude items purchased online may be exchanged for a full refund within fourteen days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt.  Isoude will not accept merchandize that has been worn, used, altered or damaged for a return or an exchange.  Please note that we advise working with a local tailor as even small adjustments on garments make a huge difference and that the majority of clothing that we sell, we tailor for a perfect fit.  Call us for questions and we can even skype for a virtual fitting.

Masks

All mask sales are final sale. 
Sale items and Custom Orders
Sale priced merchandise and custom orders are final sale, and no exceptions will be made. 

Refunds

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.  When returning, please include product with its original contents.  
Isoude online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at wholeale distributors.  Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
In order to exchange an Isoude item, please email info@isoude.com or call  401-619-5775 to receive an authorization form and number.  Thank you and enjoy.
